How information is protected
Sensitive member records require a secure sign-in. Members can access their own records while authorised administrators manage programme operations. Payment proof files are stored privately.
Registration selfies and AI checks
Three registration selfies are processed by an AI service, with your consent, only to check lighting, sharpness and face visibility. Photos are stored privately and are not shown in tree searches or to other members. This is not identity verification, liveness testing or a trust assessment.

You may request access to or correction of your information. Contact details for formal privacy requests must be added before launch.
